What I collect

The contact form collects information you provide voluntarily: your name, email address, phone number if you choose to add it, topic, message, and consent confirmation. The site does not create user accounts.

What I don't collect

Your quiz answers stay in the page during your visit. They are not saved, transmitted, or connected to your email address. The site uses no analytics service or advertising pixel. The form provider may process limited technical data to detect automated submissions.

Why, and for how long

The information is used only to answer your request and provide the follow-up you asked for. The form is delivered through FormSubmit, which states that submissions are retained for 30 days. The message Tina receives is then kept for as long as needed for the exchange and deleted when it is no longer useful or legally required.

Your consent

The form requires your consent before submission. You may later withdraw consent or ask me to stop communicating with you by writing to me. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.

Access, correction and portability

You may ask to access the personal information I hold about you, correct it, or, where the law provides, receive it in a structured and commonly used format. You may also request deletion, subject to applicable legal obligations.

Processing outside Quebec

The hosting, form, and email providers may process some technical data or messages outside Quebec. Reasonable contractual and technical measures should be used to protect that information.
